  • You will receive an acknowledgment of your order by email
  • If you are logged in, you may click on Orders at the bottom of the page under My Account for order details and shipping information
  • Call inventory customer service at 717-396-7100 with any questions or you may email kleiner@apexadv.com with questions

 

4) How long does my order take to ship?

  • A typical order will ship within 24 business hours (8a.m.- 5p.m. Mon - Fri cst.) if all merchandise is in stock
  • Items are shipped by UPS ground unless otherwise specified by the customer
  • Call for rates on rush delivery


5) Can I order custom logo merchandise for special events?
